12TH ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF ART AND SOCIAL CHANGE!
Culture is the life blood of any organized resistance to these struggles, and it
is in this spirit that a group of volunteers come together to produce what has
become Canada's largest political arts festival.
This years theme,"Fight to Win" encompasses four political sub-themes and their
active organizing groups. Presented in the form of workshops, we encourage and
stress participants to recognize the uniqueness of each issue and to understand
the common struggle between them: ending the oppression of the poor, resisting
the attack on the working class and labour, and exposing the exploit of a
capitalist ruling class society. These are the reasons for building strong
alliances and solidarity between communities.
